A once in a blue moon experience

Diani Blue is distinguished by the vibrancy and variety its cuisine. Our team of chefs excel in the production of an unrivalled range of dishes, all of which are created using seafood fresh from the Indian ocean, locally reared poultry and meats and locally sourced market garden produce.

Continental Breakfast is served on our raised dining terrace and typically consists of: home-made bread and patisseries, a variety of jams, yogurts, fresh tropical fruits and fruit juices, cereals, muesli, coffee, tea and milk. Alternatively a full English breakfast can be served at no additional cost.

Luncheon can be taken around the pool, on the terrace or in our beachfront bar and restaurant, The Edge. A typical luncheon menu will include homemade soups, seafood, pastas, salads, grills and Chef’s snacks.

Dinner is comprised of: a choice of three starters, four main courses (fish, meat or vegetarian or a seasonal seafood special), and a range of desserts – options change daily. Dinner can be served on our terrace, around the pool (by candlelight), in the privacy of your own room or terrace, or beneath the palms of our beachfront restaurant, The Edge.

Our cellar offers an extensive range of South African and other international wines while the Blues Barstocks a global selection of spirits and the very best of local beers and juices.

Individual dietary needs can be catered for with prior notification. Children’s meals can also be provided with prior notification. “one_third”
